ILNP just truly knows how much we all love fall, and so they recently dropped TWO new collections in the perfect fall color palettes. We have a set of 6 jelly holographic shades that we’ll be discussing later. And for this post, we’re looking at the ‘Campground’ collection.
This set features 4 cream shades, all inspired by, of course, the coziness of camping. We have 3 neutrals and a green, and I mean, what else would you expect from a Campground collection. ILNP describes this set as “bringing a sense of calm to your nails, evoking the tranquility of early autumn” and I think that’s the perfect description. These just feel classic, and they’re shades that create a good foundation for any collection, ones that you can reach for any time. Always good to have to balance out the bold vampy shades, and bright oranges and reds of fall.
These are available on the ILNP website. ILNP doesn’t do limited edition collections, keeping their shades around for quite a while, so you’ll be set to pick these up whenever you’re feeling that urge to slow down and set up that tent.
Let’s get on into the swatches!

We’re starting out with our two browns, because, camping involves dirt and nature and brown. But I promise they’re nice browns. Cozy dirt.
First up we have ‘Mushroom’. I do love mushrooms, and I do love this color. This is a medium almost taupe brown shade, with those essential gray tones to it that make up any taupe. It’s more muted and dusty overall, and just perfect for a more chilly season. I’m writing this from within 2 blankets, so can you tell I just love being cozy in all ways.
This shade painted on so smoothly, and I had no issues getting it opaque with just 2 coats. There’s almost a tiny drop of jelly to these cream formulas, making them look so shiny and squishy on the nails, but still with enough pigment to make them fully opaque. It’s a lovely formula all around.

Next up we have ‘Chocolate’ and you know, I’m sure you can guess what this color is like. This one is a much deeper and warmer toned brown than ‘Mushroom’ above. It’s that perfect chocolatey shade, and I’m craving some sweetness just looking at it, maybe smashed between some toasted marshmallows and graham crackers.
Just like the first shade, this had an easy 2 coat formula. Again, it dries incredibly shiny and plush on the nails, and it’s a gorgeous cream formula all around.

Now we get to ‘Truffle’ and this shade takes us even deeper. This one is a deep gray cream shade – yet it has some warmth and almost brown tones to it, giving it more softness than a stark black. If you’re looking to dive into vampier nail looks, this would be a great stepping stone. And yes, it’s still cozy.
You can definitely see those warm brown tones peeking out as you apply the first coat. It can be more sheer and a little uneven, depending on how thick of a coat you’re applying. The 2nd coat comes in and builds up that color to match the bottle and make it all fully opaque. It really comes to life and it shifts it over to a more gray-black look. Once again it dries shiny and squishy on the nails, and it just feels so classy.

We round out the quad with ‘Treetop’, and yes, of course, this is the one green of the set. We couldn’t have a Campground collection without notes of the forest and the wind blowing through the trees. This one is a warm, almost olive toned green cream shade. It’s got those yellows to it, making it match any leaves that haven’t turned yet for the season.
This was a touch streaky on the 1st coat, just because of the lighter color. But the 2nd coat easily comes in and makes it all fully opaque. It painted on so nicely, and I can never get enough of greens like this. More and more, please.

And that’s the set! I think this was a perfect little quad, with gorgeous formulas and a nice, cozy color palette. It really evokes the slower lifestyle of a campground, and I can highly recommend any of these shades!
