I know, I’ve been back from Europe for about 3 weeks now, and I am just now finally posting this. But now I’ve used some of them so I can give mini reviews! (That was obviously my intent with waiting and not just procrastination duh).
I went to Europe so of course I had to pick up some things I’m not able to pick up in the good ol’ USA. I’m going to have a separate post about the items I picked up from Kiko as there were a whole mess of those. Look for it in the future.
In the mean time, here are the other makeup items I found! I didn’t spend too much time in drugstores over there – I either didn’t see them, or didn’t want to drag my friends all over into them. But there was a big makeup store right next to my hostel in Poland, so this is where I picked these up! Let’s get into it!
It’s been a hot second since I’ve posted, but here I am! I’ve been sick for about a week or so, and then it was topped off by an eye infection – so you know that made testing makeup really hard having that. Luckily I had some things saved up to post, and I have some nail posts coming up as well! Spring collections are dropping so it’s about to get busy in the nail world!
But for today, we have a review of a new drugstore highlighter that’s sweeping the beauty nation! It’s the Essence ‘Pure Nude’ Highlighter, and I’ve heard so many good things about it, so of course I wanted to try it out for myself.
This retails for $4.49 at Ulta. So let’s just get on into it.
This is a LONG one. So hold up, and get ready to go. Like get yourself some coffee and just be ready to hang out.
Before I started writing this, I told myself, to make myself feel better, that I was gifted things and didn’t spend that much money. But now that I’m looking at it, I realize I have a problem and just am using the excuse of the holidays. It’s fine.
It’s safe to say I went eye palette crazy. I LOVE eyeshadow palettes. They’re honestly my favorite makeup product, so I just can’t get enough of them. I didn’t include swatches because I’ll be doing more in-depth reviews of them later on.
